HAPPY NEW YEAR 2009!

there's been alot of gatherings and stuff before the new year and it was SO FUN to meet up with everyone, from redcross squadmates from crescent days, t07 jc class lunch and shooters' house party, and finally happy hour with peili jenny and jojo(: been out every single day its so crazy, but i like it hahhaha. pictures all in facebook!

and finally its the new year! yet another year has come and gone, i'm growing OLD. anw a short recap of 2008, i think i grew up alot and widened my social circle to people i would never have met or be friends with if i didnt do what i did this year. like working in 2cm before uni starts, where i met girls my age who have totally different lives from me; dropped out of school, getting pregnant and married, etc. but the weird thing is that though we led such different lifestyles, we do click! and i'm glad i worked there cos i met such nice friends and bosses(:

going for nbs camp was also a decision i didnt and will never regret making. i contemplated not going cos 5 days camp is really damn long and plus i didnt know anyone else who's gg cos so few ppl frm cj i knw is going to business. but then i got picked and it turned out to be such a blast! at least i entered uni with 24 new friends alr:D

and then of course there's the new class, and the hall-less bunch of us hahha. i thought uni life is gonna be solitary and lonely and saaaaddd, but it wasnt like that at all thanks to these ppl! you guys pushed me to mug hard before the exams, but we play hard too hohohohoo.

new year's eve was happening this year! watched the fireworks with don at one fullerton, next to lots of high banglas. the 3 hours wait was torturous, super hot and squeezy, but the fireworks made up for it(: the pictures cant even capture half of the beauty. though it felt like i was being bombed alot of times hahha cos we were so near and the sound and brightness of it was superduper lol.
